Hi, there!

Profile

My name is Mychaelly (Micaele!) Oliveira, based in Brazil and bachelor in Product and Graphic Design. I'm passionate about human-computer interaction (yes, even ergonomics!) and I've been specializing in product design really hard.

In addition, I'm also an assiduous reader (kindle for me is everything), RPG player and martial arts practitioner.

Experience

Product Designer

Total Acesso (2022-now)

I actively participated in the creation and improvement of user experience and usability projects across various platforms, such as e-commerce ticket websites, mobile applications, and landing pages. I used data-driven UX approaches and good visual design to deliver effective solutions. My main contributions include:
• Developed a whitelabel mobile application for events with dynamic QR Codes and ticket transfers, adopted by 4 companies and generating over 200,000 accesses and 20,000 ticket transfers in 1 year.
• Conducted research based on customer support tickets, user feedback, and Hotjar, resulting in a significant reduction in customer support tickets.
• Created a Design System with a token system, greatly reducing project production time and increasing team efficiency.
• Improved the flow and interface of website and mobile application using discovery approaches, user journey mapping, and interaction flowcharts.
• Advocated for data-driven usability solutions through the use of tags, analytics, and heatmaps.
• Mentored junior team members to develop their skills.
